The purpose of the Mississippi Main Street Association is to encourage and assist in the appropriate development and enhancement of downtowns in cities and towns across Mississippi.
Through its network, seminars and educational programs, MMSA provides a forum for its members to share knowledge, common experiences and the resources needed for successful downtown revitalization.
MMSA focuses attention on the importance of downtown, and encourages effective legal and financing techniques favorable to downtown development.
MMSA is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Our full time staff carries out the MMSA program objectives, and is governed by a Board of Directors which meets regularly to conduct the business of the Association.

Additional services will be based on the following rates for member towns:

One-Day Assessment Visits start at $1,250.00, which includes your membership fee. Two-Day Design Workshops are also available starting at $2,500.

Workshops on Merchandising/Promotions; Fundraising; Business Recruitment; Co-existing with Discounters, etc. - fees will be posted per event.

Design Services: Fee Determined by Service Requested; Travel Expenses If on Site Necessary
